SNPs = branch length × the number of positions in the SNP alignment the tree was built from (the columns of the vSNP SNP table). You can also drop the alignment FASTA onto the window.

"Position" is where along the selected branch the new root goes (0% = at the node, 100% = at its parent). Tip: use Reroot mode to reroot with a single click.

Newick export writes the current (rerooted / reordered) tree with support values as internal labels.
One self-contained file with this tree, its colors, metadata and settings. Recipients open it in any browser, desktop or phone. No install or internet needed.
Viewer address
Share links open the full viewer on any phone, including iPhone. The tree is inside the link and is never uploaded. Saved HTML files also get an "Open interactive tree" button. Change the address above only if you host your own copy of the viewer.
